2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products offered on the website arnauv.store.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, errors or omissions may occur. Product images are not contractually binding.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery costs. NSK COM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price in effect at the time of the order.
5. Orders
Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. An order confirmation is sent by email. NSK COM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the customer.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments can be made using the methods available on the website (credit card, etc.). All transactions are secured.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of the order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. NSK COM shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
Products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
9. Refunds
In the event of withdrawal, reimbursement will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned products.
10. Warranty
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.
11. Liability
NSK COM shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.

The data collected is necessary for order processing. It is processed in accordance with GDPR. Customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting: contact@arnauv.fr.
13. Force Majeure
NSK COM shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure preventing the performance of its obligations.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
15. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
